There’s a whole universe inside Tula Pink’s head. For two decades, she’s been translating that universe into fabric: intricate creatures, unexpected colors, hidden details, and collections that have become unmistakably her own. Her designs invite you to look closer, linger a little longer, and find something you didn’t notice the first time around. But the world Tula has built extends far beyond the fabric itself.

In our upcoming special edition, we go behind the scenes with Tula, her brother and business partner Cameron McLean, and the small team that has helped transform one designer’s singular creative vision into an extraordinary business. We explore the relationships, routines, philosophies, and countless hours of work that have shaped Tula’s remarkable 20-year career. We’ll meet the artist who thrives on structure and routine, even as she creates some of quilting’s most imaginative and unpredictable designs. We’ll look at the businesswoman who has deliberately chosen slow, thoughtful growth over chasing the next big thing. And we’ll meet the people who have helped Tula build a career that remains deeply rooted in creativity, community, and doing things her own way.

Because behind every Tula Pink collection is more than a beautiful piece of fabric. There’s a mind at work, a team, a lifetime of influences—and an artist willing to hand her creations over to quilters and let them take the story somewhere she never could have imagined.

Come inside Tula’s world, and discover what happens when an extraordinary creative vision meets an equally extraordinary dedication to the people who bring it to life.
