UK Customers:

We continue to accept online orders for delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48 or local collection.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 working days (excludes weekends and Bank Holidays) after the date of ordering. We are often able to ship much sooner, but during busy times it may take the full advised processing time so please be prepared for this.

US Customers:

We have reopened international shipping to the USA (30/8/22).

Orders up to 2kg will be shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. It will take a minimum of 7 - 10 working days.
All customs, duties, fees and/or taxes due upon receipt are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping remains unpredictable so please allow for your order to take longer than expected. Orders over 2kg will be shipped via courier at a flat starting rate of £60 - which will be charged by the automated system. If the courier cost incurred exceeds £60 due to extreme weight / parcel dimensions an additional invoice for shipping will be raised.

EU & all other International Customers:

We are closed completely to international orders indefinitely.
This is to ensure we are Brexit compliant before continuing dispatch, as non-compliant parcels will be returned or even destroyed.

Order online from our website by adding products to your shopping basket, and checkout throught our secure payments system via Worldpay.
We accept most major debit and credit cards.

We no longer accept PayPal. If you would like to pay via PayPal in order to utilise PayPal credit, please contact me for me to raise an invoice.  A small surcharge to offset the fees will be added to process your order via PayPal.

how to order fabric

Fabric is sold per quarter metre (25cm) unless specifically mentioned in the listing. If you order 1 it will be sent as a fat quarter, but multiples will be sent as a continuous length.  Please check each listing for the specific dimensions or explanation of how the fabric is sold. The below is an example only.  All quilt backings, jersey, rayons, rayon lawns, extra wide fabrics and certain cottons are sold per half metre, please check the listing description to confirm. If you wish to buy a larger piece, you will need to order multiples, which will be sent as continuous lengths.  Once you order more than one, it will always be sent as a continuous length, not individually cut fat quarters.

Quantity 1: Fat Quarter 50cm x Half of Fabric Width (usually 55cm)

Quantity 2: Half Metre of Fabric

Quantity 3: 0.75m of Fabric

Quantity 4: 1 Metre of Fabric

postage & delivery

Please ensure your provided delivery address is complete and accurate. We assume no responsibility for items lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.  If a package is returned to us after non-delivery, the buyer will be asked to advise the correct address and charged for postage in full.

Lovely Jubbly Fabrics will dispatch your order a maximum of 3 working days starting the day after receipt of your order (subject to stock availability), please email [email protected] if you need to check when it will be sent out/arrive.
Once dispatched, it will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive with Royal Mail Tracked 48. We always dispatch as quickly as possible, but during these ongoing busy times it can take up to 5 working days after the date ordered for it to leave us.

UK orders are sent as standard using the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.

If you have placed multiple orders close together, we may dispatch them together to save wastage on packaging. If your orders are sent together, you will not be refunded for any additional postage paid.  Please note that this is not additional 'profit' and is used towards the cost of P & P which I heavily subsidise and the ability to offer free UK shipping to all orders over £50.

US Customers:

If you attempt to purchase from a country outside of the UK (excluding USA), your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a refund processing fee.

If you are local to the shop, you can select our 'Click and Collect' option which is free, and you will contacted to arrange your contactless Click and Collect appointment. Click and Collect orders are subject to the same processing time as all other orders, to remain fair.

All postage charges are calculated by a combination of weight and value.  Depending on the size, weight and value of the parcel, some larger packages may be sent using an insured courier.

Delivery address and availability:

  • Please check that your delivery address has been correctly entered at checkout. We accept no responsibility for errors in addresses.
  • Please notify us if you have a pre-order and may be away / on holiday during the expected window of delivery. We cannot advise when we will ship the pre-order, but please notify us of any absence that may affect the safe delivery of your order.
  • It is your responsibility to update us if your address changes between the date of ordering and the date of dispatch of the pre-order / order. We accept no responsibility for goods delivered to incorrect addresses. Please email [email protected] to inform us of any changes.

pre-orders

We are able to offer some new collections, kits and products on pre-order.  Payment for these is made in full at time of ordering. 
The dates given on the listing description are estimated arrival dates only, and are subject to change at any time as we operate at the guidance provided by our distributors.   If you are placing a pre-order please be advised that the estimated delivery date may not always be accurate and we hold no responsibility for delays at our distributor level.  If you would like to order for a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering so we are able to advise.

Please note that pre-orders are not subject to cancellation or refund. Fabric is ordered based on pre-orders and as such is not eligible for cancellation or refund.  Please place orders with care and do not place a pre-order if you have a certain delivery date in mind, as delays are always possible and completely out of my control.

IMPORTANT:

  • Pre-orders must be placed separately to stock items, and separate to pre-orders for other collections/items.
  • If you place an order for stock items at the same time, your order will be held until the pre-order items arrive and are ready to ship.  You can contact us to pay shipping to have the stock items sent straight away.
  • Please note that pre-orders are not subject to cancellation or refund.
  • Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change at any time. When placing a pre-order you are agreeing that delivery times are estimated and subject to change at any time.  The COVID-19 pandemic is causing delays and ongoing problems with delivery so please be prepared for the situation to change at any time, including near to the estimated delivery window.

Licensed fabrics are for personal use only. Not to be used for commercial products for sale or profit.

If you purchase these to make products for sale, you may face legal action from the owners of the copyright.  We do not hold any responsibility for customers who choose to use the fabric against the terms of the license.

cancellations, refunds & exchanges

  • We reserve the right to refuse an online order at any time. In this case we will notify you by email that the we have cancelled the order and refund it back to your card.
  • If you request a cancellation / refund, you will be refunded minus refund processing fees.
  • Please note that pre-orders are not subject to cancellation or refund. Fabric is ordered based on pre-orders and as such is not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please do not place pre-order if you have a certain delivery date in mind, as delays are always possible and completely out of my control.
  • We will always try to send products which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods.  Please note that any cut lengths of fabric, trims or haberdashery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • We do not accept returns of printed paper patterns. Printed patterns can be copied easily. We do not accept pattern returns to protect the intellectual property of the designer.
  • If a refund is agreed, it will be made upon receipt of the product returned to us in it's original, unused condition within 7 days.  Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

  • To return faulty or damaged goods, please ensure that you contact us on 07813 399625 or by emailing us at [email protected] prior to sending them back.  In the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.  We advise sending goods back by a signed for service or with proof of postage.

  • Lovely Jubbly Fabrics reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time.  Notification is via email to the email address you provided when submitting your order.  We assume no responsibility for issues resulting from such declines, cancellations, or email notification failure.
