Lovely Jubbly Sewists Spring Retreat - Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th May 2025 - NON-RESIDENTIAL

Price £195 per person

Deposit £100 paid at time of booking.
Plus balance payment of £95 due 7th May 2025.

This is a non-residential retreat. We do not provide meals / accommodation. This will be hosted at Arena Business Centre in Ferndown, Dorset, where Lovely Jubbly Fabrics is located.

You will need to book accommodation and bring your own packed lunch. We will arrange an evening meal for Saturday at the local pub, The Old Thatch, and a Sunday carvery at the Bridge House - each individual will be responsible for their own meal.

There are tea and coffee making facililities on site and we will provide snacks.

Depending on numbers, we will have one or two rooms.

You will have access to Lovely Jubbly Fabrics

• Saturday 24th May 2025:
• 10am - 11.30pm at Lovely Jubbly Fabrics
• Bring your own packed lunch
• 6pm Evening meal booked at The Old Thatch (not included in price)
• Show and Tell
• LJF Class (kit included) (there may be 2 sessions depending on numbers)
• Soft drinks and fizz evening reception with nibbles

• Sunday 25th May 2025:
• 10am - 7pm at Lovely Jubbly Fabrics
• 1pm Carvery lunch booked at The Bridge House (not included in price)

There are no limits on spaces, we just need to know whether you are hand-sewing or machine sewing to plan set up. If you plan to do both, please select machine sewing so we can set you up with power.

There will be a small optional mini swap for our first mini retreat! The swap will be for a hanging decoration / ornament.

Dietary requirements:

Please provide full details of any allergies so we can ensure our snacks / beverage options on site are suitable for all attendees.

Spaces:

• We have space for everyone and their machines - please note that the sewing space will be split into multiple rooms of 12 depending on the number of attendees . All group events will be hosted in the Lovely Jubbly Fabrics shop

This is not just any retreat, this is the Lovely Jubbly LOVES retreat, and the biggest part of it is the community and spending time with each other.

Deposit is non-refundable. By booking to join the retreat you are committing to pay the full cost of the event.

Cancellations made before 7th May 2025 will not be refunded the £100 deposit, but will not be liable for the remaining £95.

Cancellations made after 7th May will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
