Online Orders:

Order online from our website by adding products to your shopping basket, and checkout throught our secure payments system via Worldpay or Paypal.

Ordering Fabric:

Fabric is sold per fat quarter. If you wish to buy a larger piece, you will need to order multiple fat quarters, which will be sent as continous lengths.

1 x Fat Quarter: 50cm x Half of Fabric Width (usually 55cm)

2 x Fat Quarters: Half Metre of Fabric

4 x Fat Quarters: 1 Metre of Fabric

Postage & Delivery:

Lovely Jubbly will dispatch your order a maximum of 2-3 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability), please email [email protected] if you need to check when it will be sent out/arrive.  Where we can we try dispatch same or next working day, but this is not always possible, especially during busy times when we have sales, are at events or have limited hours so please allow 2-3 working days from the date of your order for dispatch.

If you are local to Ferndown, you can select our 'Collection' postage option which is free, and you can arrange to collect your order by contacting Jade on 07813 399625 or by email: [email protected]

Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class as standard. You can choose to upgrade to Recorded or Special Delivery also.  All packages weighing over 2kg and up to 5kg will be dispatched via UPS courier for the flat rate of £12.

We ship orders worldwide.

All postage charges are calculated by weight. Please be advised that one fat quarter of the quilting weight cotton is approximately 50g, and therefore 1 metre is approximately 200g.  The heavier weight upholstery fabrics are slightly heavier and postage will be charged accordingly.

All packages between 750g - 2kg will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Parcelforce Express 48 depending on package size.

For Special Delivery Next Day 1pm your order must be placed by 12pm on the previous day, and will only be eligible for next day delivery on working days only.
For example:

  • Special Delivery order placed on Tuesday BEFORE midday will be delivered by 1pm on Wednesday.
  • Special Delivery order placed on Tuesday AFTER midday will be delivered by 1pm on Thursday.
  • Special Delivery order placed on Thursday AFTER midday will be delivered by 1pm the following Monday.

Refunds & Exchanges:

We will always try to send products which you will love. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.  Please note that cut lengths of fabric, trims or haberdashery cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

If a refund is agreed, it will be made upon receipt of the product returned to us in it's original, unused condition within 7 days.  Please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

To return faulty or damaged goods, please ensure that you contact us on 07813 399625 or by emailing us at [email protected] prior to sending them back.  In the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.  We advise sending goods back by a signed for service or with proof of postage.
